STRENGTH AND CONDITIONING

Adam Barron has worked with SCA Senior staff using his experience to put together a program that tailors to the individuals within the SCA program. Adam is a sports conditioning and fitness trainer with over 20 years of experience. His specialties include training competitive team and individual sport athletes with athletic performance enhancement, rehabilitation, and functional training. Adam is a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS) through the National Strength and Conditioning Association. Adam earned his undergraduate degree in Kinesiology from Westmont College and Master’s degree in Exercise and Movement Science from the University of Oregon. Adam has trained numerous athletes at all competitive levels and has lots of experience training youth soccer athletes. Adam lives in West Linn, Oregon and Owns a private health club “Project 360”. This program will work with all U13 players and above on a weekly basis in addition to their soccer specific training. For the select age groups this will consist of 3 soccer specific sessions a week and strength and one strength and conditioning session.
