PowHer & Finesse with Coach Jen

Girls only, All Ages


What: girls only camp, all ages.
Each day will consist of 3 components: Power, Finesse and a breakout session.
  • Power: body mechanics, running form, dynamic movements. plyos, agility etc.
  • Finesse: on and off the ball training. using your body for deception. embracing contact. change of pace both on defense and offense
  • breakout session: discuss topics like how to fuel your body for performance; recovery; strength from the ground up;

Why:
PowHER and Finesse is more than a soccer camp – it’s a movement. Inspired by one of my favorite games, Power and Finesse, my mission is to develop girls who are strong, fierce, and unstoppable both on and off the field. I believe every girl can be both powerful and graceful, fierce and kind, confident and humble. Through competition, encouragement and meaningful connection, we’re building a community where girls support one another, celebrate each other’s success, embrace challenges, and discover the strength they already have within themselves. I want every athlete to leave with improved skills, lasting friendships, and the confidence to lead with power and finesse wherever life takes her.

Awareness of Off-the-ball Movement with Coach Frank– August 3-6 (9am-12pm)
The Escape Artist Camp 2.0 with Coach Abdi– August 10-13 (9am-12pm)
1v1 Focus Camp with Coach Dan Vincent- August 17-20 (10-1pm)
$245 for each week
