Professional Alumni Stories
Success Does
Not Happen
Overnight
Our aim is to provide players with an arsenal of tools, enabling them to flourish at the highest level of soccer. We produce players who are technically, tactically, physically, and mentally prepared for all the challenges the game can throw at them. We have sent over 200 players from around the world to various collegiate programs and professional soccer clubs. Here are their stories.
CHRIS FORINO (COLCHESTER UNITED)
A versatile and dominant center back, Chris now plays professional soccer for Colchester United of League Two (England). Chris credits his time at SCA to providing him structure and purpose, following release from another professional club in his youth.
FRANKLIN DOMI (Queens Park Rangers)
Frank is a gifted left back with tremendous athleticism. He now plays for QPR of the Championship in England. Prior to SCA, Frank had never been involved with a professional club and developed immensely during his time at SCA.
JAY MATETE (FLEETWOOD TOWN)
An incredible central midfield talent, Jay now plays for the Fleetwood Town academy of League One (England). Jay is a smooth midfielder who received the pastoral care he desired at SCA to refocus, following release from another professional academy.
FRANCIS AMARTEY (BIRMINGHAM CITY)
A maverick. Prior to SCA, Francis grew up in a tough part of London and had never played organized soccer. He now plays professional soccer for Birmingham City of the EFL Championship (England).
Having worked with the SCA coaching team for many years in a football environment, I have seen first hand the practice design & delivery. This allows a progressive, pressure off approach to the improvement of players.
ALEX CATTINI, Tottenham Hotspur
Head Coach U10 Boys
As a parent of a young student/player at Soccer Chance, I feel my son could not have gone anywhere better. They have that balance of professional coaching and supportive tutoring that meant my son excelled in both the athletic and academic aspects of his education. The staff are supportive and approachable and recognize and encourage hard work on the pitch and in the classroom
JASON TUNBRIDGE, Parent
SCA gave me the platform to be where I am today. The level of support and professionalism from the coaching staff was always there for the highs and lows and gave me a steely determination to make it to the highest level possible.
FRANKLIN DOMI, Player at QPR
